hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Dellner Couplers AB i Falun We are looking for a Global Lean manager to lead our Global Lean team at Dellner Train Connection Systems. The position is placed at our head office in Vika, Falun.
We are an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative and high-quality products and services to train operators and builders worldwide. Our product line consists of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the rail industry.
As the Global Lean manager, you are managing and improving the efficiency development of Global Operations including responsibility for developing and implementing LEAN tools and methods. Together with your team of Operations Engineers you will provide support and competence development to our 18 sites globally. Focus areas are continuous improvements and standardization of assembly equipment, methods and processes. The overall objective is increased efficiency and still reaching our targets within safety and quality.
In this position you will work closely with the local Operations Managers and their teams at our subsidiaries. Together with your group, you initiate the change process and give support to the local organizations to continue and accomplish their improvements.
You are reporting to the Global Operations Manager. The position normally includes travelling worldwide, approximately 40 days per year.
We assume
• You have a University degree within the area of the responsibility
• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience
• You are experienced working with LEAN-implementations and change management in a global environment
• You are fluent in English
