hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Dellner Couplers AB i Falun We are looking for a Global Lean manager to strengthen our global operations team in Dellner Train Connection Systems. The position is placed at our head office in Vika, Falun.
As the Global Lean manager, you are managing and improving the efficiency development of Global Operations including responsibility for developing and implementing LEAN tools and methods. Together with your team of Operations engineers you will provide support and competence development for our 14 sites globally. For example, in standardization of assembly tools, equipment and processes. The overall objective is improving our efficiency and still reach our quality targets with safety as first priority.
In this position you will work closely with the local Operations managers and their subordinates in subsidiaries. Together with your team, you initiate the change process, give support for the local organizations to continue their improvements and improve efficiency.
You report to the Global Operations manager. The position includes travelling worldwide approximately 40 days per year.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• University degree within the area of responsibility
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experienced working with LEAN-implementations and change management in a global environment.
Personal skills:
• A clear and communicative leadership
• Well organized and a structured approach combined with an open attitude
• Team oriented with well developed interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
