About the role:
Greenpeace has a history of delivering successful campaigns and projects through collaboration and creative partnerships with public figures, thought leaders and influencers. Greenpeaces' global Key Influencers Programmes aims to raise the profile of Greenpeace, increase revenue and help achieve the organisation's campaign and engagement objectives through partnership with creative partners, influencers and public figures. The Key Relationships Coordinator supports the global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers and contributes to the overall visibility of Greenpeace by building internal capacity to outreach to public figures across the global Greenpeace organization.
Reporting to the global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers, you will be working closely with colleagues from across the global Greenpeace organisation to build community and to develop, test and evaluate new initiatives that maximises our impact and amplifies our messages through collaborations with public figures and creatives. The role's responsibilities also includes maintaining and developing administrative systems and enabling internal and external collaboration.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Be a central liaison point for Greenpeace's global key influencers community.
• Support the Global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers in the development of strategy and managing the community of practice. Enable and organize internal learning opportunities and meetings.
• Provide guidance and develop best practices for strategic approaches on key influencer outreach, stewardship, distribution, amplification and influencer marketing for national and regional offices to foster strategic and strong relationships with key influencers.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other associated fields such as Fundraising and / or at least 3 years experience in working with key relationships, marketing communications, digital marketing, event management or relevant experience in communications and project management.Experience of dealing with partners and high profile individuals in a professional manner.Attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills.Capacity to manage multiple projects, work to a timeline, work with sensitive information, deal with stressful situations and meet deadlines.Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems.Ability to support and guide staff, inspire team spirit and resolve conflicts.Ability to communicate effectively by demonstrating strong listening and negotiation skills.Commitment to the core values of Greenpeace and passion for the environment.Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are preferable but not required.
