hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for a Global Key Account Manager who will build and maintain a structured strategic partnership with our global distributor for sales of colloidal silica to paper industry.
As Global Key Account Manager you will work closely with the Regional Account Managers to continue strengthening the relationship with the key account, helping them to win in the market and to make this key account a long term, sustainable business.
This is a challenging and interesting position where you get the chance to work with specialized products that require a high degree of technical sales and broad application knowledge. The account is global so communication skills and a good understanding of cultural diversity are vital.
Main responsibilities
• Implement a structured strategic partnership approach with the key account and continue to strengthen the relationship, helping them to win in the market.
• Coordinate the regional businesses with the regional account managers.
• Work closely with RD&I with the product and process development activities.
• Interact with S&OP team to ensure correct forecasting.
• Control and execute the budget process for the key account.
• Implements controls which assure that targets are met and business opportunities are identified, assessed and implemented within the framework of the strategy of the business.
• Responsible for the know-how transfer between region and functions.
Job requirements/Candidate profile
• University degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Experience from working with sales or marketing, prefereably within paper industry.
• Strong negotiation, change management, communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to work cross functional.
• Good understanding of cultural diversity.
• Fluent in English.

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Director Sales and Marketing Colloidal Silica and based in Bohus, Sweden.
