Your responsibilites as Global Key Account Manager:
· Driving ZF transformation on Chassis Technology with global Traton Group in Europe, North and South America
• Developing the full business scope incl. OE and fleets
• Profit & Loss and 360* responsibility
• Leads the respective global Sales Team
• Owns and executes the global customer strategy and business development with regional brand specific adaption
• Drives Customer Relationship and Satisfaction
• Leads the sales process, negotiations and escalations prior to Key Account Executive involvement
• Report to Traton Key Account Executive·
Your responsibilites as: Your responsibilites as:
• University degree in Engineering and Master Business Administration with profound engineering and sales experience
• Proven P&L business responsibility for Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales & Service, acting with General Manager Scope
• Driving transformation several years'experience and proven business win records
• Experience (>10 years) and deep understanding of global automotive market (CV and PassCar, OE and fleets), chassis, braking, damping,...technology.
• Business experience as a local resident in foreign country (>1 year) and with different automotive players
• Strategic thinking and ability to draw a ZF chassis, braking, damping, ... technology vision to develop the business with Traton
• Self-steering leader with strong sales and commercial leadership
• Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish, and/or Portuguese and German beneficial
