As Global Key Account Director you will be working out of our head office in Malmö, Sweden and you will be responsible for supporting the key accounts through the Key Account Managers.
You will be responsible for a portfolio in excess of 130M EUR working with a select amount of blue chip customers.
You will also be responsible for the profitability, quarterly reviews as well as developing customer relationships at all levels. You will have an instrumental role in developing and implementing the Rosti Key Account Management philosophy.
This position will form part of the Group Strategy review process both in development and deployment throughout the Rosti group.
You will be part of a dynamic global sales and marketing team, with board level exposure, reporting directly to Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Your assignment:
Focus all teams on both sales and contribution revenue
Develop and communicate the current and future customer pipeline
Ensure all KAMs fully develop key account plans and communicate to all stakeholders
Support, design and develop the CRM system
Drive strategic behaviour within the teams and cultivate customer senior manager relationships.
Identify skill gaps and support individual development.
Provide a summary report for board presentation outlining key developments in the business and customer markets.
What we are looking for:
You will have a degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification and significant experience from working in an international environment in a similar role.
You have been successful when working in a matrix environment along with proven direct management experience.
You are an excellent negotiator and a strong influencer; you also have a drive to get the results the business requires and have the ability to think strategically.
You must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen.
You can communicate at board level and to all functions throughout an international organization.
You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English
