In the role of Global Junior Accountant, you will be part of the four-person accounting team and you will report to the Global Accounting Manager.
About the role
You will have the main responsibility for the customer invoice processes. This includes interpreting customer agreements, registration of revenue recognition and billing schedules, registration of payments and reconciliations. You will have close contact with the Revenue Operations department and the Renewal manager.
As a Global Junior Accountant you will also be assisting the Global Accountant and the Global Accounting Manager.
Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience within the field of accounting and finance.
• Experience in handling customer invoicing with a bit of complexity.
• Knowledge and interest in ERP-systems.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in accounting and have been part of reconciliations in monthly closing.
• Good knowledge of using Excel is needed.
• Good documentation skills.
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
Nice to have
• Experience working in an accounting firm.
• Experience from working with Salesforce or Workday, and can see the potential and the challenge in Workday.
• Experience from the SAAS industry.
