• Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
• Contact, communication and trips to our international suppliers, mainly Asian
• Sales analysis and financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
• Follow up on market development, fashion trends and consumer insight
• Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for product launches in close collaboration with the Creative team (catalogue production)
• Develop communications and presentations for Oriflame's internal regions and markets
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably from an international environment
• Experience in product development in fashion and ideally in the jewellery segment. Both costume and fine jewellery expertise is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong commercial sense and business mindset
• Experience of working with Asian suppliers would be considered an advantage
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
