MISSION
• Establish positive and supporting attitude within the Service Area
• Establish global support and service desk organization
• Ensure global standard adoption together with regional IT Managers
• Create global SLA based service catalogue
• Create and get approval for Epiroc IT Support roadmap in line with Epiroc IT strategy and IT security policy
• Take active part in establishment and later member of IT Operations board
• Implement CMDB
• Implement end-to-end monitoring routines and tool supporting IT components and business applications
• Always have security in mind
• Create and maintain guidelines and policies
• Limit number of manual processes and routines in favor of automatization and self-service
• Work close with other Service Area owners and IT governance teams to optimize services efficiency and adopt business strategies

EXPERIENCE
• Management of virtual teams
• Staff liability
• Experience from working with steering groups
• Managing large IT support related projects
• In depth working experience within IT Support
• Working with a multinational organization
• Excellent understanding of IT support components and processes
• Business processes understanding
• Proven skills to organize and of being able to operate independently in line with guidelines

KNOWLEDGE/EDUACATION REQUIREMENTS

Must
• Experience from managing IT support within global enterprise company
• Managing Service Desk operations
• University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge and experience of standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL and PMI)

PERSONALITY

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.
A proactive personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.
We also expect you to be positive, structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good strong leadership, analytical and administrations skills as these are vital for this role

CONTRY AND CITY DESCRIPTION
Sweden, Örebro or Stockholm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must be able to travel international minimum 25 days/year.
If not based in Örebro, travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As IT Support Manager you will focus on operations and continuous improvement. You will also work closely with the strategic teams to adopt and implement new business demands. You will be overall responsible to deliver world class IT Support services to the business. The short term mission is to work closely with Atlas Copco IT Services during the transition where Atlas Copco IT Services still deliver operations and where you will be responsible to establish the future target IT Support organization. You will report to Epiroc VP IS/IT.
