At Björn Borg there is currently about 130 employees, and you as the Global IT-specialist supports them on issues regarding Microsoft 365 and their computers in general. You are the "Go-To person" in IT and handle incoming cases regardin IT and their digital equipment. Björn Borg currently has offices in Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands and you support your colleagues in all of the offices.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role as a Global IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT environments at Björn Borg. You will work with maintenance and improvements of IT environments, IT security and internal IT policies. You will also support internal employees in IT issues and ensure that Björn Borgs new employees get the right technical equipment and authorizations to Björn Borg 's internal systems.
Examples of work tasks are also to:
• Manage and update IT environments in Azure, Active Directory and Windows Server
• Manage support of incoming tickets from employees all around the organization. This can include problems with computers, installations of IT equipment, problems with e-mail or networks, among else
• Mange contracts for Björn Borg 's suppliers of IT equipment, programs, software, etc.
• Work with improving internal processes and making the IT work more efficient
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Have previous experience of working with Microsoft 365 systems and experience of supporting users with questions regarding the various applications such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint, among others
• Have some years of experience working with IT support and experience of working with ticket management systems such as Fresh service or other
• Have very good knowledge of Windows environment and PC computers, to be able to support end users
• Have a very good knowledge of English, as it is your primary working language in the position
It is meritorious if you:
• Have experience of working with Windows Server in Azure
• Have experience of working with Mac and knowledge of setting up users in that environment aswell as support users with questions regarding both hardware and system issues within Microsoft 365 on Mac computers
• Have experience of working with Navision (Dynamics Nav)
