hela Sverige Job DescriptionAs the Global IT Program Manager - HR Systems, you will lead and manage the IT activities for the WFM program. Your mission will be to ensure the successful delivery of HR system implementations while adhering to global IT standards. Collaborating with cross-functional and country-specific teams, you will be at the forefront of driving seamless integration, efficiency, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT activities for the global WFM program.
Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of HR systems.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure all IT activities are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications You hold adegree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have atleast 5 years of experience managing global IT projects, preferably within the HR domain.
You have strong project management skills.
You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-01-05 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client in Västerås.
