As IT Integration & BI Manager you will focus on operations and continuous improvement, you will also work closely with the strategic teams to adopt and implement new business demands. You will be overall responsible to deliver world class IT Integration and BI services to the business. Short term mission is to work closely with Atlas Copco IT Services during the transition where Atlas Copco IT Services still delivers operations and where you will be responsible to establish the future target IT Integration & BI organization together with component owners. You will report to Epiroc VP IS/IT.
MISSION
• Establish positive and supporting attitude within the Service Area
• Support Strategic responsible Epiroc Integration & BI with establishement of roadmap in line with Epiroc IT strategy
• Ensure IT Security policy adoption
• Take active part in establishment and later member of IT Operations board
• Implement SLA services application integration (internal/external)
• Create and maintain operational guidelines and policies
• Work closely with other Service Area owners to optimize IT services efficiency and Business strategies
EXPERIENCE
• Management of virtual teams
• Staff liability
• Experience from working with steering groups
• Managing large Integration and BI related projects
• In depth working experience within the IT Integration industry
• Several years working experience within the IT BI industry
• Working with a multinational organization
• Excellent understanding of IT technical components and processes
• Business processes understanding
• Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must
• Experience from managing Integration platforms and BI within a global company
• IT Integration and BI architecture design
• University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

PERSONALITY
The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.

We also expect you to be positive, structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have strong leadership, analytical and administrations skills as these are vital for this role.
COUNTRY AND CITY DESCRIPTION
Sweden, Örebro or Stockholm
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must be able to travel international minimum 20 days/year.
If not based in Örebro, travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.
