Business Information Services (BIS) is an internal support function providing common IT applications and infrastructure
looking for economy of scale and efficiency in IT operations.
Within Business Information Services, Business Process Application Services (BPAS) provide IT services for common
applications including Fenix and SAP. BPAS Finance team is responsible for the supporting and developing the SAP
FICO module and its processes.
Business Process Application Services is now looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to lead and
run BPAS Finance team in a multicultural environment. Successful candidate will also represent BIS organization in
strategic level discussions on SAP FI/CO module development and build business process and service capabilities to
support and enable efficient usage of SAP FI/CO module.
Selected candidate will be also responsible for practical level relationship between BIS and Accounting function as well
as being responsible for overall IT service level for Accounting Services and related organizations (e.g. accounting
outsourcing partner).
Primary tasks are:
SAP FICO Service Manager:
• Lead and develop the SAP FICO team members
• Daily resource planning and follow up in order to meet maintenance, support and development requirements
• Coordinate with other function team leads their connected processes within SAP Global template
• Coordinate the external Application Management Service delivery partner
• Budget and cost follow-up as well as other administrative tasks
Accounting IT Service Manager:
• Serve as BIS central point of contact for Accounting Services
• Serve as BIS central point of contact for Accounting outsourcing partner
• Support and work with Accounting Services on longer term SAP FICO development planning
• Bring in new FICO development ideas to Accounting Services and BIS SAP FICO team
• Assist SE Delivery and Service managers in working with Accounting Services and to prioritize improvement
requests
• Ensure appropriate staffing in IT related accounting projects
• Actively find better ways to cooperate between BIS and Accounting services
Project management:
• Manage development and roll-out or divestments projects
• Run project according to the Project Portfolio Management processes and tools
• Develop project management skills in coordination with the Project Management Office
Success Measures:
• Accounting function?s satisfaction level in IT services (user survey)
• Efficient implementation of changes in systems
• Meet project targets (time, budget, scope)
Location to prefer is Sweden, Finland or Poland
