• Establish positive and supporting attitude within the Service Area
• Consolidate existing IT related Application maintenance programs and organizations into one common organization
• Ensure global awareness and adoption of standard maintenance model based on PM3 together with strategic responsible for Applications Management
• Suport any new "IT application" related project/initative with establishment of all aspects of application Maintenance in line with existing standards and tools.
• Create and maintain standard policy for Non-functional demands supporting minor applications as well as major programs
• Continuous improvement of standards and routines in line with Epiroc IT strategy and IT security policy
• Continuous improvement of application maintenance model
• Take an active part in establishment and later a member of IT Operations board
• Ensure adoption of Application maintenance model for all applications
• Support projects with planning and implementation of standard maintenance model
• Consolidated cost control for all applications
• Work close with other Service Area owners and IT governance teams to optimize services efficiency and adopt business and IT strategies
EXPERIENCE
• Management of virtual teams
• Staff liability
• Experience from working with steering groups
• Managing large IT related change activities
• Several years of experience of PM3 in practise
• In deptht working experience within IT in leading positions
• Working with a multinational organization
• Excellent understanding of IT support components and processes
• Business processes understanding
• Proven skills to organize and of being able to operate independently in line with guidelines
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Must
• Experience from establishement of Applications Maintenance in a multinational company
• University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience.
• Experience from managing IT components within global company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge and experience of standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL and PMI)
• Experience from cost management and reporting

We also expect you to be positive, structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good strong leadership, analytical and administrations skills as these are vital for this role.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must be able to travel international minimum 25 days/year.
If not based in Örebro, travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As IT Applications Maintenance Manager You are also responsible to define maintenace demands for all applications. You will focus on operations and continuous improvement based on the PM3 model. You will support business projects to set demands for any new or changed application.
You will also work closely with the strategic teams to adopt and implement new business demands. You will be overall responsible to deliver world class IT Application Maintenance services to the business. The short term mission is to consolidate existing delivery of maintenace management into one organization for Epiroc. You will report to Epiroc VP IS/IT.
