The Logistics department is looking for a Global Inventory Control Manager with excellent and effective communication skills and who is motivated by achieving results. This position is permanent and will be filled as soon as possible.

Atlas Copco Secoroc is a division within Atlas Copco's Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. It develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide. Its products are used for rock excavation within the mining and construction business for both surface and underground applications. The division is headquartered in Fagersta, Sweden and has production in six continents.
The main responsibilities include inventory management on a global basis, from a strategic and tactical perspective towards our manufacturing plants - distribution centers - customer centers. You are expected to meet and exceed targets on availability and inventory turns, stock health composition etc. You have robust problem solving and change management skills. You will drive and implement logistic best practice and continuous improvements. To help you in your mission you currently have eight specialists that you will lead and manage on a daily basis.

You have a creative mindset and the ability to rethink existing processes and put new ideas into practice that leads to results. You have excellent leadership skills; believe in empowering the team and the individual and leading by example. Formal requirements are:
• A degree within Industrial Engineering/ Advanced Logistics/ Supply Chain and/or work experience in similar position which we determine to be equivalent.
• Certification in Logistics from APICS or similar would be advantageous
• Solid Leadership/Management experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent computer skills
