Global Industrial Operations is a part of Global Operations which drives best practice and world class manufacturing and supply chain. REGULAR DAY AT WORK
As Global Industrial Operations Controller you'll be a business partner, providing proactive insight to Industrial Operations management and supporting activity prioritization and decision-making with a digital mind-set. You will plan and evaluate the performance in Manufacturing and Supply Chain together with the controllers in the business areas with financial and non-financial key indicators. As Controller you'll also be involved with the planning of business cases and follow ups with projects in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

You will be responsible for the coordination of timely and accurate reporting of the financial key figures for the planning, annual budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly actual results. You'll lead Manufacturing and Supply Chain financial consolidation and reporting, including analysis and follow up of deviations to targets. You will work closely with the other Global Operations controlling functions, Group Financial Planning & Analysis and business area controllers on reporting and analysis of manufacturing cost, product cost, inventory levels, logistic cost, process capital expenditures and its correlation to the financial statements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Finance or Finance/Engineering/Manufacturing
• Minimum 10 years working experience in related areas and on sector level, preferably from Manufacturing or Supply Chain
• Ability to develop reporting and analysis structures in a complex global environment
• Strong controlling and analytical capabilities
• Digital Mindset (preferably with experience relating to controlling systems)
• Experience from working in a truly international environment. Working with people of all level and of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (any other European languages would be an advantage).
