Job Description & Summary
Clarify the complex! In an ever changing world of rules and regulation, our advisors clarify the complexity of corporate tax and legal. Our team of legal advisors focus on being flexible and agile when helping clients with their challenges in corporate law. As Sweden's leading tax practice, PwC provide the integrated tax solutions our clients need - from corporate tax and indirect tax to international tax and transfer pricing. By using the latest digital tools, we gain efficiency, automate processes and clarify the communication. We call it Tax Technology.

In Sweden, we are 400 committed employees currently working within Tax & Legal Services across the country. Within our specialised People & Organisation department in Stockholm, we are 45 employees divided into different teams. We work in an international environment with tax and social security issues related to Global Mobility, individual tax issues and incentive structures in connection with corporate transactions, Pension services and support in Global Immigration matters. Our clients include both multinational and small to medium-sized companies.

Within our Global Immigration practice, we work with the current subject of international labor. In today's society companies often seek expertise abroad. Therefore, we contribute value to our clients by guiding them through the difficult regulatory framework that applies to immigration and work permits. We help our clients with work permit applications as well as providing advice in the area of Swedish immigration legislation. Our expertise enables us to facilitate for our clients and to deliver services with efficiency and quality.

In our Global immigration team we are a group of 4 team players that work closely together. With growth ambitions, we now wish to expand our team. Therefore, we are looking for a junior talent to join us in Stockholm!

Responsibilities

As an Associate within PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

In the role of Global Immigration Consultant, you will work with both coordinating and administrative work tasks and support your senior colleagues in their work. You will be in contact with employers, employees, the Swedish Migration Agency and other administrative authorities. Your working language will be both Swedish and English.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Obtain information and prepare work permit applications
• Provide basic advice regarding immigration issues
• Verify outcomes of applications and seek clarifications on ongoing cases with the Swedish Migration Agency

Preferred skills

We are looking for you with upper secondary education and it is meritorious if you also have post-secondary education, e.g. from vocational university. You have previous work experience with customer contact and a service mindset in your work. We would like you to have an interest in societal matters such as social problems and migration. Furthermore you have basic IT skills and you master Swedish and English, in speaking and writing. Swedish is the primarily working language at PwC Sweden.

We attach great importance to your personal qualities! As a person you are structured and self-driven, and a team player who gladly assists and supports colleagues when needed. You are stress-resistant and have the ability to prioritize and handle various work tasks without compromising on accuracy and quality. It's important that you have attention to detail. Lastly, you are an easy-going person who is prestigeless in your work.

Expected joining period: As soon as possible/based on agreement
