hela Sverige Global HR Tools Center of Excellence is responsible for supporting the global HR tools within Alfa Laval. The team is responsible for both global admin daily operations, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. All work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.
About the job
Alfa Laval has launched a new HCM system called Workday. Main focus for this position is doing Application 3rd line support, supporting our superusers in the organization. Tasks include master data maintenance, business process & system configuration, security and system roles maintenance, report support, integration support, data conversion & data loads, and tenant maintenance.
Release management includes review of upcoming releases, testing and driving user adoption.
Application and enrichment projects include reporting and analytics, new module implementation, integrations, and other functionality improvements, all in close cooperation with global people management process owners.
Who you are
To succeed in this role you need to be able to adapt quickly to change, and feel comfortable in a high pace environment.
What you need
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or IT. Experience with Workday or other HR-system and HR-processes. Fluent in English.
