Tetra Pak's HR Competence & Support Centres organisation is Product, Process and Technology integrator in Client Centric Services working across processes.
What you will do
As HR Technology & Analytics Director, you will actively shape our HR digital transformation roadmap by identifying key technology enablers and align development and integration of data analytics with business strategies and objectives. You will be the prime speaking partner of software and IT services providers, including Success Factors.
Your main responsibilities are:
Trusted Technology Partner: Provide expertise to business units and colleagues across the company who needs effective platform, infrastructure, and database applications, liaising with internal IT resources
Platform Gap Analysis: Assess gaps between current and target HR platform architecture, evaluate options, and propose appropriate solution-based strategies.
External Eye: Bring outside-in thinking to the organization, highlighting industry trends that should be considered and evaluated particularly around emerging digital technologies.
External Voice: Represent Tetra Pak to external parties in building long-term relationships and influencing product directions.
Lead the team: Be a dynamic, productive, and capable leader who can instill Tetra Pak values and develop a high-performing team.
What you will do
You have a demonstrated extensive experience of driving technology transformation either within HR or other area. You have worked with people strategies, analytics, change management, technology architecture and project management. When working you apply strong technical, consultative skills, including business acumen, customer empathy, and the ability to influence and partner.
You are agile and creative and at the same time you like to be organized and structured with the ability to prioritize and plan. You are passionate about technology trends and analytic as well as in people and leadership. You thrive in a dynamic, global, matrix environment and is results-focused.
The position is based either in Lund or where the successful candidate is located and reports to the Vice President HR Competence & Support Centres.
