Electrolux Global HR Cloud Operations is a newly created function within Group HR responsible for the implementation, operation & support of our global unified talent management system. Supporting the global process owners of Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Reward, Learning and Development as well as Workforce Administration & Analytics - the team has a key role in translating & bridging process requirements with system solutions.

This is a temporary position for around 12 months due to parental leave.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support business process owner(s) with building, aligning and implementing global HR process(es)
• Engaging and involving regional owners or reference groups for alignment of process and system solutions
• Drive global process validation and support regions during regional process validation.
• Support regional process leads through the regional implementation projects.
• Ongoing resolution of process related issues post go live of the system.
• Consolidate and standardize communication around the process documentation and user guides
• Simplification and enhancement in terms of functionalities to drive focus on value adding activities
• Drive Continuous Improvement mindset, capabilities in the team and defined CI initiatives
• Facilitate system training and best practice sharing between regions
• Coordinate cloud HR services for Recruiting process
• Manage new releases from system provider including evaluations, assess impact of process, sign off and working with global admins to implement changes
• Communicate changes, coordinate testing and suggest approach to process owner
• Utilize Nordic User Group for best practice sharing and to drive key development requests
• Active participation on Suggestion City (vendor feedback / suggestion sites) and in design preview sessions
• Participate in (and/or lead smaller) projects within an HR process area
• Ambition & willingness to "cross-skill" into other HR process likes like Talent, Learning, Reward etc

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in HR or equivalent
• Fluent in MS Office and a genuine interest in IT
• 3-5 years of experience with implementing and working with HR processes and HR technology, preferably with cloud solutions
• Specialist experience in one or more of the following processes: performance management, succession management, learning & development, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment

• Ability to communicate and engage a diverse audience
• Available to travel / full-time orientated
• Team & solution-orientated, with analytical thinking & pro-active mindset
• Patient, paying attention to the details, organized yet flexible & adaptable when necessary

REQUIRED LANGUAGES

• Fluent English
• Other european languages a real plus
