We are currently looking for an HR Manager to support our growing global organization.
Your contribution to our success
We are looking for a hands-on HR generalist that will, in cooperation with the different departments and management team, focus on:
Execute HR plan and develop our company Culture
Coordinate employee policies
Support in all areas of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance and development in our global organization
Handle compensation and benefits questions
General HR admin such as salary, contracts coordination and salary Reviews
Business support towards our managers and employees
Handle labor law related questions
Your profile
You have a relevant education within human resources or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of relevant HR related tasks
Recruitment experience
Strong drive and motivation
Presentation skills
Fluent in English and Swedish
Team Player
Desired skills and experience
Experience from international business
Experience of personality test in recruitments
As a person you are a self-starter with high ambition to build up an HR department. You are eager to seek for solutions and raise new ideas, have a coaching style with managers and employees and adaptable in a changing work environment. Since the role will have administrative tasks as it is important that you are structured and thorough.
