www.ascom.com Ascom is increasing its focus in providing Professional Services to its clients. We are now looking for a consultant who will support the further enhancement of a global process consulting practice.
As Ascoms Global Healthcare Process Consultant you will be involved in pre-sales actives to ensure right scoping and client expectation of a consulting engagement. The value we provide through consulting engagement could either be stand-alone consulting project or as an integral part of a solution delivery project.
The key aim is to support the clients with efficiency improvement in working processes and to ensure that advanced technology is built and implemented in a consistent way that support the business processes/client's desired workflows and processes.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Process Consultant you are responsible for conducting workflow analysis and provide consultation to clients in conjunction to or prior to system implementations. The job includes supporting customers before, during and after the sale. You work closely with our customers to identify areas of improvement, and will support the design of Process Solutions to achieve the best result possible for our customers.
You are working in the team of Professional Services in Gothenburg but you will also work closely with all our departments, and contribute with your knowledge, to enhance our offerings in the Healthcare segment, on a global platform.
As a Process Consultant you are expected to develop significant client relationships and working closely with Ascom sales, project and development team.
Your involvement could be in pre-sales phase, but primarily in delivering consultancy engagement and the initial baselining of workflow solution deliveries. In our dynamic environment, you are supposed to be able to handle multiple project at times.
Ascom is delivering world wide and therefore travelling is a natural part of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree in the area of user experience or equal proven competence
• Deep knowledge from Healthcare industry
• 3 years or more experience of implementing process or workflow consulting, or similar
• General knowledge of systems and IT solutions inside Healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience of working together with people from Healtcare industry

To enjoy and be successful in this position, you need to be an enthusiastic, inventive and a goal oriented person.
We expect you to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization. With your experience from Healthcare industry you have good knowledge of working with people in Healthcare environments and that will be a great help in communicating at all levels.
We believe you are methodical, well organized and have good presentation skills. You are also a self-reliant individual and a keen team player.
You find it interesting and important to work with improvement of Ascoms products and is looking forward to work globally with travelling included in the daily job.
