We are seeking an experienced people & culture leader that want to develop, lead and execute the people agenda together with key stakeholders within Ingka Centres and Ingka Group. From previous experience you know how to drive a people transformation agenda in an agile and adaptable way by promoting a growth mindset and enabling co-workers to bring their full selves to work.
We've embarked on an exciting journey to transform our shopping centres into destinations always anchored by IKEA, and that go way beyond shopping, offering a carefully selected series of activities, events and initiatives tailored to the needs of the communities that surround them. That's what we call "Meeting Places"!
We are looking for you, who is a true ambassador of our culture and values, but also passionate about developing business through people. You lead by example in a dynamic, fast paced, and future orientated environment.
You have broad P&C knowledge and extensive knowledge of leading people and business at a senior level, and you communicate with ability to influence, facilitate, and inspire across all levels of organization. We think you also have previous experience from creating networks and building trustful relationships, to act as a senior coach and trusted partner to the management and board.
What you'll be doing day to day
The responsibility of this role is to lead and manage Ingka's P&C direction based on the needs of Ingka Centres, by integrating it throughout the organization and adapt it to the business's specific needs and priorities.
You will be working closely with Centres' Management team to initiate new and innovative people programs that enable co-workers to develop their full selves and unlock their potential with the potential of scaling up across Ingka.
Together with great colleagues all over the world within the P&C domain you will lead the mission of securing and attracting competence, culture & values, and leadership, today and for the future, to reach our business ambitions and create a great place to work, and being a true leader in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
Things that you'll focus on every day:
• Lead and manage the P&C domain, with co-workers in our hubs across the world
• Work together with Ingka Group P&C to secure the needs of Ingka Centres and integrate it throughout the organization, while adapting to the business's specific needs and priorities
• Lead the development of the Centres' people approach based on Ingka People Strategy
• Initiate new and innovative people programs that enable co-workers to develop their full selves and unlock their potential with the potential of scaling up across Ingka
• Oversee the development of programs, tools, and initiatives continuously to improve the people operations towards operational simplicity/customer centricity
• Ensure that regulatory compliance of compensation, benefits, labor relations are being current and valid
• Apply business knowledge and leverage best practices to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Plan and coordinate activities to achieve objectives with the people agenda
• Provide support, coaching, training and career directions to others
You will report to Centres Manager, and your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
