Software is looking for a highly motivated Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis where you'll be working in a both strategic and operative role. You will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing businesses and working against the goal of being listed within a year or two. You will be based at the HQ in Stockholm together with the financial controlling team, and occasionally some travelling to get to know the global business. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and work closely with senior executive management globally in the company.
As a Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, your work includes:
• A manager role with a team of three Business Controllers
• Responsibility for Financial Planning and Analysis activities throughout the company
• Monthly analysis and reporting of results global to management and the Board
• Financial projections and modelling to serve as basis for decision making and company valuation
• Provide insight and recommendation for actions to management and other stake holders throughout the organization with clear objective to drive top line revenues as well as control costs
Din profil
To be successful in the role as Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis it's important that you have a proven successful track record within financial planning, analysis and controlling.
Preferably from the tech industry or similar, as well as experience from working in a global company.
We expect you to have skills in financial planning and reporting, understanding of corporate controlling structures and processes.
The right candidate for this key role likes to balance between getting your hands dirty and high level strategic planning and group coordination. You thrive to develop business, financial
processes and capabilities. You are quality minded with an eye for detail and highly analytical. As the role qualifies a leader it's important for us to have proven leadership capabilities. Other
qualified personal skills would be a strategic influencer, good communication skills, deliveryfocused with a high degree of ownership, collaborative and a team-oriented mindset.
