This role presents a highly attractive opportunity for a web and social media professional to develop marketing expertise within a global role, in an increasingly globalized business organization. We are seeking a confident self-starter, who will enjoy a large amount of responsibilities in designing and executing a digital marketing strategy, with flexibility to develop new approaches and ideas, and opportunity to develop a very wide career network within our different local and global business teams.
Missions:
Strategy:
In collaboration with the Marketing and the HR Lead, develop an overarching digital marketing plan yearly, but also with a great level of agility, given the market dynamics and the specific business strategy and priorities.
Monitor best practices inside and outside the Group, in order to generate fresh ideas to improve Capgemini Invent online engagement.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and maintain Capgemini Invent's distinct online presence by attracting and engaging high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Twitter, SlideShare, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Promote Capgemini Invent's Thought leadership content, including Capgemini Research Institute content, through social media channels and where relevant Group social media channels.
Leverage and develop Social advocates program ensuring Capgemini Invent's experts are well represented and supported.

Website Management:
Create, develop and manage content for Capgemini Invent's web presence (requires working with content management software).
Coordinate web projects across departments and interact closely with Capgemini Group web team.
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.
Develop search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase number of visitors to website.
Manage the varied enquiries received through Capgemini Invent's Global website's contact forms

Skills and experiences requested:
Must have significant proven experience (10 to 15-years) in all aspects of digital marketing (not necessarily in a leadership / management role).
Experience in technical tools to perform the role - such as Word Press Content Management System (CMS), Google Analytics, message Builder (HTML), Intranet CMS, and social media management & listening tools (Hootsuite) (Talk Walker).
Degree in a relevant communications subject preferred.
Proven project management experience.
Knowledge and appetite for consulting, digital, innovation and technology domains
