In cooperation with our partner in this matter, Dfind IT, we are looking for a Head of Cyber Security Architecture, placed at our headquarter in central Stockholm. Then you might become Autoliv's global head of Cyber Security Architecture!
In this role you will have a big influence and part in building Autoliv's future IT security architecture, a future where the boundaries between traditional IT and manufacturing, are being erased. Our ambition is to be an industry leader in cyber security, an area which is critical to the business today and will increase in importance even more in the era of digitalization of the products and services produced and delivered by Autoliv.
You will report directly to the IT management team and have a big impact on what will be the next step in IT security architecture. You are probably a person driven by developing yourself and others to take the next leap forward. Your personality is key - your experience in the cyber security area is extensive.
You will:
• Act as the leader of our cyber security team.
• Own, define and drive the overall global cyber security architecture.
• Concretize and make IT security understandable for users and management.
• Be responsible for setting up a roadmap and prioritizing activities and projects.
• Act as project leader for key projects owned by the IT Security organization.
• As a role model, improve the understanding and awareness for IT security in the entire organization
We expect you to work agile, be flexible - still in control, with the ability to judge what is "great enough".
Your competence and profile
Experience and knowledge of cyber security technologies and architecture.
Deep infrastructure competence in general.
Good experience from hybrid cloud architecture and security.
Experience from project management in international organizations is a merit.
University degree or corresponding competence in IT.
Security certifications are a plus.
Fluent in English.
