hela Sverige We're looking for a Campus Recruitment Manager to lead King's Global Campus hiring. Covering Interns, Graduates and MBA students, this high profile role is responsible for attracting the best global talent and offering them an amazing opportunity for future growth in King.
The role could be based in either London, Stockholm or Barcelona - where your direct team is based.
Your role within our Kingdom
The King campus hiring program has been highly successful since its implementation 3 years ago and has 100% support from King's Leadership Team. Building on this success, you will further develop the campus strategy and deployment to ensure we continuously improve and future proof our solutions. You will also play a key role in building the graduate development programme alongside our internal Talent Team.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruitment, you will be based in one of our European studios. Responsibilities will include:
Lead and mentor the team (3 people based in Stockholm, Barcelona and London)
Build the annual Campus strategy incorporating innovative attraction and assessment solutions
Manage senior stakeholders including 'C' suite in King to ensure they continue to support Campus and engage them in future initiatives
Expand our search for top talent into the top European and US schools / institutions.
Ensure we are "top of mind" for not only business and tech talent, but also marketing and the creative industries
Drive our diversity programme for future campus hires
Build a social media strategy and work with our internal Employer Brand Team to further build our brand to attract and engage top global talent
Drive the Graduate Development Programme across all locations
Use your magical reporting skills to help influence and drive the campus hiring strategy in the right direction
Develop the Campus budget and utilise with a creative and innovative approach
Skills to create thrills
It's probably obvious that we need someone with a background in campus rather than professional hires. You'll already have contacts at the top universities in Europe and be able to help develop the talented existing team. In addition to the basics, we're looking for:
Experience hiring a reasonable volume (20 minimum hires per annum) but our focus is more on quality than high volume campaigns
Excellent stakeholder management skills including 'C' suite gravitas
Proven ability to lead and inspire a high performing team
Amazing project management skills to ensure all the work streams deliver on time and within budget
International hiring experience of Interns, Graduates and MBAs is very important
Proven relationships with International Universities and schools- with a focus on Europe
Significant experience of building a campus brand with experience having to fight hard to get your name out there and attract great candidates
Someone who has come from an organisation that really values campus / graduate hiring programmes.
Super reporting skills. Not just able to use Excel and PowerPoint but to tell a story and help you get what you need.
Knowledge of English fluently (written and oral) is essential.

Tasty Bonus Skills
Experience using social media effectively to build your brand as well as tactical campaigns to attract candidates
Contacts and experience hiring in the US
Experience working within our, or a similar, industry e.g. tech, media, e-commerce or gaming.
