About the position
As a Global Generics Sales Coordinator, your main task will be to support and coordinate relevant activities for the Generics Team involving significant customer interaction. You will be an important part of the team in the work to achieve business goals and create great customer support. In this role you will for example:
• Work on sales orders and coordinate dispatches for Generic products internally and externally for customers from identified / designated regions
• Support Generic business' customers on existing projects either directly or through relevant Key Account managers
• Maintaining stock and customer allocation for Generic APIs from Malmo and work with Production to ensure timely availability of APIs as per customer forecasts / sales
• Provide timely support to customers and key account managers with stock availability, lead time and technical queries with a focus for Malmo APIs.
• Maintain relevant reporting and planning systems
• Work towards increased awareness and focus on customer requirements in other internal departments in order to improve the company's services and to optimize customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and participate in relevant team meetings
Your profile
To be successful in this position we think you have the following background:
• You have at least 5 years' experience from a similar role in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical industry
• Education in Chemistry / Life Sciences would be an advantage
• You are used to coordinate and to work with day-to-day sales administration
• You are fluent in English and are confident to work with English-speaking customers and managers when it's a part of your daily work
As a person you have strong communication and relationship building skills. You are used to ensure that communication works internally with various cross functional teams like Finance / Supply Chain / Sales etc., as well as externally with costumers. Further you are a person with strong drive and analytical mindset that tries to improve and develop all the time. You seek advice of others and reaches out to more experienced colleagues for own performance and development. At last - to be service minded and a team player comes natural for you.
