Let us describe the challenge we offer

In this position you'll be a part of the Global Fleet team, which is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of Polestars fleet sales strategy. You will work in a diverse team accountable for your own projects on a global level.

The team ensures that all head office activities are optimised for the fleet business sales channels and supports the market management to define and drive their fleet sales activity through information, events, marketing and competence. Global Fleet Operations are specifically responsible for design and delivery of the process and systems to deliver the fleet sales.

This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and will report to the Head of Global Fleet Operations.

What you'll do

As a member of the Global Fleet Operations team, you will provide support for the current established fleet sales processes and the requirements for the future development and improvement of the digital infrastructure for all fleet customer journeys.

This team also represent the needs of the Global Fleet Sales team in head office functions, ensuring inclusion and relevant development. All activity is designed to support the ongoing establishment of Polestar as the fleet brand of choice.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks:

• Project Management for fleet operations development including investigation and scoping, set up and monitoring of roll out plan, identifying and monitoring inter-dependencies. This will involve working closely with digital teams, working as the business owner of the requirements.
• Continuous Business Improvement planning for fleet business operations and processes including the growth plan and new requirements from markets, including sales channel development.
• Ability to conduct audits and analysis on current processes to develop initiatives to support fleet business growth and move to towards increased digitalization.
• Represent Global Fleet needs and requirements within other Head Office functions such as Marketing, CRM and Training, placing requirements for inclusion and development.

Who you are

Since this is a hands-on role, we're looking for a true "doer" with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset. We believe that you, the perfect match, are a self-starter and can demonstrate management of projects and planning, as well as you're used to work under pressure and that you're able to work without close supervision. You focus on key priorities with successful on-time delivery to final conclusion.

Of course you are a people person, probably with strong influencing skills - Relations and building strong networks motivates you. This is of great importance since this role requires working with many departments and countries.

Further on we believe you have:

• Minimum 2-3 years post graduate work experience in a relevant field, including managing projects, taking own initiatives and identify business needs within your scope
• A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a business or digital related subject area
• It's a strong advantage if you have work life experience from the automotive industry, ideally fleet sales

At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
