WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Electrolux Professional Group is embarking on a Business & Finance Transformation program to standardize, harmonize, and digitalize finance processes, as well as to digitalize and automate relevant financial data to enable better and faster decision making.
We are now hiring for a business critical role as Global Finance Business Process Owner responsible for shaping the future of Finance within the Group. You will define the future state - "to be"- finance blueprint and oversee, govern, and continuously optimize financial processes and systems across the organization.
The role requires close collaboration across functions and regions to ensure finance operations are efficient and fully aligned with the Group's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management: Own, design and continuously improve financial processes and systems across the business value chain, including Group level ownership and governance of the Chart of Accounts.
Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and lead finance transformation and optimization initiatives to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, control frameworks, and process guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and other key stakeholders globally to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and systems.
Technology & Data: Act as a bridge between Business and IT. Oversee the integration of financial software & ERP as well as secure accuracy & management of financial data
Change Management & Enablement: Support change adoption by providing training, guidance, and support to finance teams on new processes and systems.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
To succeed in this role, you:
• have 10+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles
• combine strong analytical skills and solid business acumen with a highly collaborative and people oriented approach
• are comfortable working in a complex, global environment in a consultative role
• are able to delegate effectively, align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals, and drive execution through collaboration
• bring hands-on experience within finance and controlling, and you understand how financial processes
• support business performance and strategic decision making
• have most likely been involved in finance digitalization initiatives in a larger, preferably global, context, and you understand both the technical and
• organizational implications of transformation
• understanding of manufacturing accounting and manufacturing systems
• have experience governing Chart of Accounts is highly preferred
• are proficient in financial systems and ERP solutions (experience with Oracle JD Edwards is an advantage)
• have Master's degree in Finance, Accounting
• have a professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is considered a plus
• are fluent in English and Swedish
