Within Technical Support & Quality in Tetra Pak Services we have the role to be the ISO 9001 and 14001 competence area centrally, to ensure capability of organizations within the ISO scope for maintaining certificates. As well to project manage quality related initiatives for Tetra Pak Services and Global focus projects.
In the role, you will:
• Lead the finalization of the transition to the new 2015 ISO standards before sept. 2018, coordinate ISO audits throughout the years and define the future certificate set-up.
• Be a key person in building and foster a quality focused culture within Tetra Pak where quality behaviours are seen in day-to-day actions.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden with an approximate split of 50/50 between the two role parts.
Main responsibilities
• Drive, plan, follow up and monitor the completion of audits throughout the year performed by external auditing company
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for central non-conformities
• Secure necessary internal audit programme is in place
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities in the quality area, share best practice
• Be contact person and act as interface/facilitator between certifying body and auditees
• Driving projects through senior management governance, communication and reporting on project progress and KPI's using a business transformation/change management project approach
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have excellent business understanding. Furthermore, you are good at building trust for your competence in the organisation.
You have been driver of a management systems and have a track record applying 'soft' people focused leadership.
You hold a university degree in Engineering or similar and your professional background involves ISO experience and possibly regulatory assurance or other International Standards (e.g. BRC/IoP; FDA-IMS; GMP, etc).
We are looking for a strong communicator that could find common ground and secure cooperation with stakeholders on different levels within the organisation - as well as having proven project and change management skills.
A very good command of English, both written and verbal is required. PMP certification or similar and experience as an external or internal auditor will be considered a plus.
