Within Technical Support & Quality in Tetra Pak Services we have the role to be the ISO 9001 and 14001 competence area, centrally to ensure capability of organizations within the ISO scope for maintaining certificates and to coordinate the certifications.
As a Global Expert ISO you will:
- Plan and coordinate ISO audits throughout the year
- Support the finalization of the transition to the to the new :2015 ISO standards before sept. 2018
- Act as interface/facilitator between auditors and auditees
- Be instrumental in building a quality focused culture within Tetra Pak where quality behaviours are seen in day-to-day actions
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Drive, plan, follow up and monitor the completion of audits performed by external auditing company
• Lead Corrective and Preventive actions for global Non-Conformities
• Manage/update ISO supplements on Process Centre
• Embed ISO principles into quality initiatives run in Tetra Pak, such as Business Process Review
• Contact person towards certifying body
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects/activities in the quality area
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have excellent business understanding. Furthermore, you are good at building trust for your competence in the organisation.
We are looking for a strong communicator that could find common ground and secure cooperation with stakeholders on different levels within the organisation - as well as having proven change management skills.
You can accurately scope tasks and activities, anticipate risks and adjust for problems.
You hold a university degree in Engineering or similar and your professional background is from a similar role having experience in ISO and possibly regulatory assurance or other International Standards (e.g. BRC/IoP; FDA-IMS; GMP, etc).
You have deep operational experience from business and organisational development leading to efficient ways of working. You should also have been the driver of developing management systems.
Experience as an external or internal auditor will be considered a plus.
A very good command of English, both written and verbal is required and if you speak other languages as well it is a plus.
