Description
Are you prepared to lead the Electrical Design capability area into the future?
Engineering Capability Office leads the development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products and services.
You will work in a team of 13 Global Experts. They are all experts in different engineering disciplines and together we set the strategy, develop and drive the change in order to improve our way of working when developing and maintaining our products and services. Our scope includes the process ownership as well as the development of methodologies and tools.
We are now searching for a person who could lead the electrical design capability area into the future to be able to meet demands such as electrical documentation in modular product architecture.
Main responsibilities
• Lead the capability area Electrical Design within Tetra Pak
• Develop and implement future business need
• Develop, manage and execute the capability road map
• Manage and collaborate in global network
• Scout and benchmark future methodologies and tools and adopt new ways of working
• Lead consultants in projects
Qualifications
We would appreciate experience from equipment development in a module product architecture. Your background is within electrical engineering including functional safety, electrical documentation for circuit diagrams, electrical cabinet layout, etc. We require deep knowledge in the Eplan platform including Eplan Engineering Configuration and relation to a PDM backbone.
We are looking for a self-driven professional with great networking skills and the ability to influence and motivating his/hers environment. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal skills enable you to easily interact cross functional on all levels.
You have excellent English skills both verbally and written as well as very good skills in Excel.
