Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
The Systems Engineering team is recruiting a Global Expert Advisor to take the global lead in how Tetra Pak works with Systems Automation. The role is new and aims at increasing and improving our integrated solutions, emphasising the automation and system engineering perspective in development projects. Another part of the role includes taking lead in development projects. You will have a wide internal network, and the work will cover all of our systems and projects, interacting with project managers, engineers and experts within System Engineering, to find and communicate best practice and improve the way we work. You will be based in either Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.
Main responsibilities
• Be the main responsible for systems engineering in technology and product development projects.
• Develop and improve Tetra Pak s global Systems Automation Engineering processes, tools, methods and training.
• Coach and give tranings to the organisation.

Your proactive and innovative way of working will be a valuable asset in this new role. Of course, you are passionate about automation and system integration.
You have worked with development of methods and tools and you find it satisfying. You come from an industry of complex systems, such as automotive, rail, aerospace or process industry, which has provided you with a broad systems understanding. Your technical knowledge is within mechatronics, software or automation engineering and you hold a university degree in Engineering. We value project management and trainer experience. Your English skills, spoken and written, are excellent.
