The Global ERP Operations Manager (Support & Build) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system delivered as a SaaS solution or as Platform Service solution. This position ensures seamless system operation, optimal user experience, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs across global business units.
The expanded responsibilities below ensure that the Global ERP Operations Manager not only maintains the stability and performance of the ERP system, but also drives its growth, innovation, and alignment with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead global ERP support operations, ensuring rapid incident resolution and consistently high service quality across regions.
Drive system enhancement initiatives by evaluating feature requests, prioritizing development efforts, and coordinating deployments with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships, including SLA compliance, contract negotiations, and regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee change and release management processes to enable seamless deployments with minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor system performance using advanced analytics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
You will also lead incident and problem management efforts ensuring root cause analysis and long term solutions are in place. You will design and deliver user training programs promote system adoption and gather feedback to improve user experience Compliance and security will be central to your role as you work with internal teams to safeguard data and meet regulatory requirements
Budget and resource management will be part of your responsibilities including planning operational budgets managing vendor costs and ensuring cost effective technology investments You will coach and mentor team members manage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across IS and business functions
The position is global. The preferred locations are Sweden and Poland.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Information Technology Finance Engineering or related field
At least 10 years of experience in ERP operations service management and vendor engagement
SAP functional or technical expertise is essential
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in global operations transition management and multi vendor environments
Robotics business knowledge is a plus
