Description
Would you like to drive environmental strategy and focus on supporting our customers' needs?
In this role you will be responsible for developing the environmental strategy for Tetra Pak Processing Systems business area and drive implementation within the organisation. This means to make sure that R&D activities support our environmental objectives as well as to drive the deployment of environmental solutions and services. You will also work to increase the use of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for supporting Value Selling, using the synergy with improved environmental performance.
The work will be conducted in cooperation with environmental and TCO contacts in our Clusters and Business Units (BU), and will involve project management, networking and training.
You will be based in Lund and belong to the Portfolio Management team.
Main responsibilities
• Secure fulfilment of customer needs in our environmental strategy & plans
• Propose and anchor global environmental goals with management
• Follow up implementation through Cluster and BU action plans and KPIs
• Manage implementation of the Tetra Pak climate goal
• Drive and support TCO deployment
• Support with environmental expertise in business development, product development and customer activities
• Be the main contact towards the central environmental function within Tetra Pak
Qualifications
To communicate with people on all levels and cross boarders comes natural to you as well as taking the lead within your area of expertise. You are result oriented and you work in a structured and organized way. You combine an analytic and proactive mindset with the ability to drive implementations throughout the organization.
You have a solid educational background in Engineering and/or Environment combined with work experience within the environmental area. Experience within project management, environmental design and environmental process solutions is seen as a merit.
In this position we require excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
