Junior Continuous Improvement and Change Management Specialist - Stockholm, Sweden
As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, at Electrolux Group, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, connectivity platform, and digital services in the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
To succeed, Continuous Improvement (CI) is one of our top strategic drivers at Electrolux. In a continuously changing environment, working structurally with Change Management (CM) is also a key. We support our leaders to accelerate overall business improvements and culture based on lean and agile frameworks, as well as change management methodologies.

A regular day at work:
• Support strategic transformations from a Continuous Improvement (CI) and Change Management (CM) perspective in our transformation aiming to accelerate process improvements and culture change.
• Work closely with stakeholders to innovate, promote, and share CI and CM best practices.
• Coach and support others in driving and executing CI and CM initiatives.
• Run internal certification training and share success stories, in order to build Continuous Improvement and Change Management capabilities of employees.
• Align with the Central CI & CM Team/CI community and coordinate central support required for various initiatives.

The position requires:
• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business or Engineering is preferred.
• Strong project management and/or continuous improvement skills. Having experience from leading projects and driven CM/CI is a plus, as well as strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, priorities and deadlines
• You can communicate plans, articulate your ideas and build good relationships with your colleagues.
• Strong ability and willingness to lead presentations/workshops regularly.
• Experience of working with stakeholder on all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated to discover insights, trends, and patterns through data analysis
• Enjoys assimilating complex information into clear and effective presentations
• Detail oriented yet flexible and able to work in a fast-paced lean-environment
• Excellence in MS-Office Suite, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
As well as
• Curious about shaping the future of home appliances
• Ability to work independently and produce results
• Fluency in English.
It is a plus if:
• You have up to 3 years of experience after University graduation.
What will you learn:
• Strong understanding of how project and continuous improvement initiatives are done in cross-functional, international setting
• Facilitating and applying change management when driving change in a complex business landscape
• Extensive, active interaction with stakeholders at all levels across business functions
What you will get from the program
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 28,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 30,400 gross salary per month.
