Global Electrification Program Manager
Your mission is to drive and synchronize our global electrification cross-functional and cross-divisional efforts to provide market-leading electrified products in all segments, maintaining focus on cost and speed to market. Key tasks is to:
* Maintain and further develop the division's electrification program with the objective to ensure that we are the number one on the market
* Find the optimal compromise to ensure that we have the right product portfolio as function of how the technology will develop towards commoditization
* Ensure an optimal approach for electrification, starting from basic carbon dioxide free and growing towards an optimal electrified solution, based on infrastructure development, cost development and/or policy/legal/country requirements correlated with our different applications prerequisites
* Ensure proper investment levels in all aspects, investment levels to reach the right product offer on time, excellence in operation, excellence in go to market, excellence in supporting the products on the market - a key question is to ensue timing from a holistic perspective
* Ensure a correlation between basic technology concept that creates an efficient product portfolio, efficiency when migrating from today's conventional to next generation and then later on to aspirational technologies, i.e. it is essential to establish conceptual solutions that allows for fast implementation of next generation solutions.
All in all, the challenge is to establish and execute a strategy that ensures that we exceed the customers' expectations and that meets the group targets of 2030 and beyond, with profitability for us and our customers and then together with the line organization ensure excellence in implementation. The responsibility is to bring electrification from the present basic development and prototype level to a commercial success.

As Global Electrification Program Manager you will work truly cross functional and cross divisional, the interaction will be global. Key stakeholders are:
* Customers and marketing
* Basic Development
* New Product Development
* Continuous products improvements and legal product requirements
* Rockvolt
* After market and service
* Operations, including strategic purchasing, suppliers and partners
The position will report to the VP R&D and be a part of the Global R&D management team
Your profile
You are probably an early adapter and since long driving an electric car? You have an entrepreneurial state of mind and excel in onboarding people.
You have a "Better Together" mindset with a fundamental believe that we by building a diverse team with the right competence and a learning culture, knowledge and abilities can move mountains!
* You have a knowledge and competence level that enables you to ask the right questions from a physics perspective all the way to what creates the holistic success in the market place and excellence in operations
* You are a fast learner
* You have the ability to create success in different cultures and environments
You have a MSc or a PhD degree within the field of Technology, or similar knowledge gained through work experience.
As our corporate language is English, strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required.
Location and travel
The location of the position will depend on the preferences of the final candidate, it will be in US/Garland or Sweden/Örebro. Travel will based on business needs will be a part of the task. It can be possible to work remotely for part of the time.
