Do you want to be a pivotal part in bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to distributor agreements and relationships worldwide? Then this job is for you!
At Business Area Mining, we continue to evolve, attract, engage, and grow top talent through an employee centric, digital, and agile approach and are now looking for a Global Distributor Coordinator to join us.
About your job
Your job is central to coordinating and governing our global distributor framework. From day one, you operate in a global, cross-functional environment, enabling transparency, compliance, and sustainable growth. You ensure that distributor agreements are clearly defined, compliant, visible, and effectively managed across systems and stakeholders.
Job responsibilities:
Identify, document, and maintain a complete overview of all distributor agreements globally.
Clarify and structure the scope of each Distributor agreement, including Sandvik offerings, applicable geographical regions or territories, and ownership (Division, Sales Area, or Joint BA).
Ensure all distributor agreements are effectively registered, uploaded, and kept current within CRM and Business Insights.
Validate that all Distributor agreements are compliant, working closely with Legal, Commercial, and Compliance.
Oversee best-practice application and completion of annual ABPs for Distributors, including forecasting, demand planning, and build-slot reservations with Equipment Divisions.
Promote effective Distributor relationship management, including annual executive and technology engagements, executive interviews, and structured feedback.
Promote performance management of Distributor relationships, assessing value creation through regular reviews, and agreed performance metrics.

Location and flexibility
The location for this position is globally flexible, but preferably in Europe (e.g., Stockholm, Sweden. Amsterdam, Netherlands, Finland or France). You have regular interaction across regions and functions and some international travel to support distributor engagement and alignment is expected.
Your profile
You have experience working with distributors or partner networks in a global, matrix organization - ideally within mining or industrial. You're highly structured and comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial, legal and operational topics. Experience with indirect sales or big equipment/machinery as well as subsequent aftermarket sales is needed. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
You bring strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create clarity, drive follow-up, and ensure compliance across different regions. Your communication style is professional and confident, enabling effective engagement with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
Our culture
Our role is clear - through every action, every day, we make the shift and advance the world through engineering. We believe in an inclusive, equal and open-minded culture, and we nurture our diversities to form a solid foundation for achieving great results.
