Information about the position
Professionals Nord is, due to our client, looking for a Coordinator. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business until January 2025 with a possibility for continued employment with the client company.
Work tasks
* Customer Order administration, order taking, batch reservation, pick and pack ordering, shipment booking and monitoring, invoicing, crediting, returns and customer qualification
* Month-end financial reporting in terms of Stock and Sales
* Master Data management including pricing in operational ERP systems
* Distribution network development and management including geographical expansions and new product/partner introductions
* Management of clients Logistic Service Providers, through Business Review Meetings and performance monitoring
* Responsible for all interface transactions between HQ and affiliates
* Serial Number management
* Process Continues Improvement
We are looking for
* You who has a education from university with focus on supply chain, logistics, export administration and/ or economics
* Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
* Very good computer skills
It is meritorious if you
* Have knowledge in Swedish, both orally and in writing
* Experience from the pharmaceutical Industry
