As the Global Hub Coordinator you are very much the spider in the web when it comes to Global Distribution of Process Radar's full range of products. The position is very international and areas of responsibility span from operational support to the Global Hubs, currently located in Chanhassen (US), Singapore and Beijing (China), to strategic development of the distribution model for Process Radar. You are responsible for global consistency of Process Radar Final Assembly and you are a critical function when it comes to establishing and developing new Final Assembly sites globally.
You are involved in the global launch of new products and options within Process Radar and are also heavily involved in the implementation of local capabilities in the final Assembly sites in the different World Areas. Occasionally you're also involved in organizing international Process Level Manufacturing Summit where representatives from the different sites meet in order to develop the distribution of Process Level products.
To succeed in this position you are a person that enjoys a flexible, fast-changing and international environment with lots of interpersonal interactions. You have the ability to quickly change from daily operational tasks to strategic development and you have no problem with changes in requirements and demands. To have a deep technical understanding of both the products and our business systems are critical and you also have an interest in various cultures and organizational behaviours. Action orientation and good analytical skills are important competencies and you like to take full responsibility and will deliver excellent results in a timely manner.
You have a technical degree combined with work experience and you have a good understanding of both the Rosemount organization and Process Radar's product portfolio. You have good communicational skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. The position reports to Director Operations and works closely with RTR's Global Manufacturing Engineer.
