We're looking for a strategic leader to own and elevate our global technical service function-covering everything from technical onboarding and lifecycle support to repair, maintenance, and connected device monitoring. In this role, you will lead a small global expert team and provide leadership and direction to regional service organizations worldwide, ensuring world-class support and transforming service into a value-driven business.
What you'll do
• Define and implement the global service strategy, operating model, and standards.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and systems for technical support, escalation, and preventive actions.
• Guide, develop and enable regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all markets based on the agreed KPI's.
• Collaborate closely with R&D Technical Product Managers to feed field insights into product improvements and prioritization.
• Work with IT/Digital to integrate connected monitoring and predictive service capabilities.
• Develop service offerings that create customer value and drive business growth.
What you bring
• 10+ years in global technical service for medical devices or high-tech regulated industries.
• Experience with connected/cloud-enabled solutions and digital service tools.
• Proven ability to lead across regions and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with operational execution and customer focus.
