At a truly exciting stage of our digital transformation journey, we are currently building a central team of senior experts to drive e-business transformation across the Group and that's where you come into the picture! As a Global Digital Performance Manager, you will help shape the e-business future by driving the global agenda around how to use data and analytics to drive business insight.
You will be a part of the ASSA ABLOY Group E-business team and report directly to the Head of E-business. The role is preferably based in Stockholm, but other locations can be considered.
What you would do as Global Digital Performance Manager
E-business at ASSA ABLOY is a major part of our commercial strategy and includes the full sales funnel from digital marketing through e-commerce and online customer service.
Alongside providing global direction around measuring and tracking performance across these touchpoints you will help us understand and visualize where we are across the group on our overall path towards success. Understanding what value our digital touchpoints are providing to our customers in the customer journey is critical. Thanks to your contribution, we will create an effortless and quick process for collection of key data which drives a culture of data driven decisions.
You will also
Help the organization become more data-driven by demonstrating best practice and showcasing examples for the divisions and markets to use
Have one eye on the future to ensure we keep ahead of a changing MarTech landscape and privacy regulations and help us evaluate new MarTech tools and platforms which help us meet our ambitions
Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and lead a global data and analytics workstream where problems, as well as new ideas, are discussed and best practices are shared
Be the go-to-person when the divisional analytics specialists around the world need support in their setup and management of tracking and analytics, supporting with global trainings and inspiration to encourage utilization
Help the divisions develop and deploy their data and analytics strategies, with a focus on visualising data for business use, identifying ways to support through third party agencies where needed
Communicate daily with colleagues around the world to jointly set the principles and the structure for collecting and tracking KPIs to drive performance in the right direction


What we are looking for
You have:
Around 10 years of proven experience in similar roles within complex organizations with an expert understanding of tracking performance in e-commerce and marketing channels
Experience with defining, establishing and delivering performance measurement structures, analytics principles and implementing data strategies including visualization and storytelling of data
A strategic understanding of data analytics tools and how to connect them to get meaningful insight, e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Google Tag Manager, Power-BI, Tableau, Optimizely


You are:
Passionate about data and, critically, turning data into stories which drive business decisions
Somebody who wants to work both strategically and sometimes practically in setting best practice and frameworks for Data and Analytics MarTech tools
Able to engage others to build a community, with good communication skills
A relationship builder who enjoys cross-collaboration
