Then the position as Global Digital Events Manager in Global Marketing at Atos Medical might be the right next career move for you. You will be part of our Digital Marketing Team and assume the responsibility to setting the global standard for digital events - one-to-one, one-to-few or one-to-many virtual engagements.
At Atos Medical we have a strong purpose, as we want to better serve and help people who have been laryngectomized and now live with a neck stoma. To succeed with this purpose, we have an ambitious initiative to strengthen communications and knowledge sharing through digital events and online learning, and as the Digital Events Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage a global setup with local implementation.
Your duties & responsibilities
• Develop portfolio of key events designed to increase engagement, skills, lead generation and nurturing across the customer journey
• Use technical skills combined with events management experience to create engaging digital experiences for attendees
• Choose and maintain an event management system and automation with a solid back-end connection to Salesforce, user-friendly set-up and email system for subsidiaries as well as an intuitive interface for patients, caregivers and health care professionals
• Coordinate and support local and central marketing campaigns to ensure a "glocal" approach is taken and all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and share best practice with the wider team
• Develop and deliver superior event marketing campaigns by implementing best-in-class virtual engagement principles
• Deliver a global event program and calendar containing compelling ready-to-deploy events held live or simulated live in various languages
Your competencies & experience
• Proven project and events management skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, superior accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to package complex solutions in simple to understand training programs
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• 5+ years of business experience within digital communications and/or events management
• Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Digital Communications
• Experience in producing and distributing webinars
• Strong experience with a range of martech and analytics tools (Wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, MS Suite, Webex/ON24/GoToWebinar/Aventry, Mailchimp/.digital/Constant Contact/Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot)
• Experience within Health Care is a clear advantage
• Experience from working in a sales subsidiary is an advantage

As a person you are a natural marketeer; you are furthermore an ambitious, creative, collaborative team player with strong EQ, strong values and a positive can-do attitude.
You are at the same time business-oriented with strong analytical skills and structured with a good overview and sense for details.
You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing. This team is part of the global marketing team with 14 members across seven nationalities. The job is located at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden. Salary and benefits will be according to skills and experience. A few travel days per year is expected.
