Essity is seeking to accelerate its use of digital channels to engage, sell to and service the end consumer of our products. You will be part of the Data and Analytics team at Essity with the aim to radically accelerate digital within our organization.Within the existing organization, the team will:Serve the business with digital analytics expertise with the purpose of creating business valueDefine and apply best practice models for data and analytics across brands and countriesShape and deliver Essity's internal trainings within digital, focusing on Data and AnalyticsA key part of our digital investment is the analysis of digital channel performance by setting KPIs, implementing analytics tools and helping the business review and apply the insights, and maintaining a holistic view of the spend.We are looking to hire two Global Digital Insights Managers into our Data and Analytics team.Main TasksMain tasks and responsibilities are to become a key player in the global digital transformation by providing the business with insights based on measuring, analyzing and testing our digital activities.Deliver data fueled insights to influence decision making and prioritizationAccurately measure our brands developmentProvide context based on data in order to understand areas of improvementEncourage, promote and support knowledge and experience sharing through the businessKey CompetenciesYou are passionate about creating business value through data fueled insights. You have exceptional communication skills and a "test and learn" mindset. Measuring all bits and pieces of our marketing efforts is a must and you have the ability of implementing those metrics. You know Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager by heart and also love to work with other tools to bring even more context and clarity to your data fueled insights. You are a team player that loves to make others shine as much as yourself. You love to be part of a highly flexible working environment with varied priorities and projects where one day is not like the other. You are comfortable with presenting insights to senior stakeholders and decision makers to help inform marketing strategies.Demonstrable experience of analyzing digital marketing activities their effectiveness and ROI (eg SEM, SEO, Display media and Attribution)Demonstrable experience with web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics and Google Optimize)Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to influence decision makers Preferred: Experience of visualisation and BI reporting platforms (eg Microsoft Power BI / Klipfolio)Fluent English standard communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes Open-minded and creative with the ability to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentHolistic thinking i.e. takes a broad stakeholder perspective and has the ability to understand stakeholder requirements, operational limitations and business opportunities One position is more senior, and we expect 3+ years of experience.
