Job description

As a Global Deployment Manager, you will play a vital role in making setting the standard and can-do entrepreneurial spirit for the deployment teams while setting up first class customer charging solutions.
As new IT support systems will be introduced part of this job will also be to make sure that our working tools are set up in a way so that it both supports the deployment managers in their daily work as well as reporting back to the financial team. Reporting and follow up of projects will be important to safeguard delivery quality with respect to timing, cost and customer satisfaction. Improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You will also mentor and coach your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer deliveries and implement best practices across all levels in our organization. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop, find solutions and work forward-looking in a dynamic environment. Our success is based on good system support, structure, clear dialogue and common goals.
Your responsibilities
Support and coach the team of local Deployment Managers to build and maintain a culture of first-class delivery. Improve deployment management systems, processes, and best practices. Support the markets in finding dedicated partners for installation work. Process development, system tools and creating templates for handover after commissioning. Project performance reviews. Recruit, train and supervise agile teams founded on trust, responsibility and a flat structure.
We're looking for
Proven working experience as a Deployment Manager or similar role. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and deployment management. Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Excellent communication skills. Leadership ability and team management. Outstanding customer relationship skills. Flexible for international travels including overnight stays. Fluency in English. Be at the forefront of a groundbreaking movement in the transportation industry.
