Our partner is a leading provider of industrial hardware, software and services around the world for retail and banking customers. Subsidiaries and partners can be found in more than 80 countries. We are currently looking for candidates for a position of. Global Deal Controller

 Responsibilities:

• Participation and commercial responsible of major global service projects and operations in different project phases: o Calculation phase o Delivery phase o Operational phase until the contract end 
• Manage the reporting of all participated legal entities and central delivery units based on the defined reporting blueprints and processes.
• Ensure to use a unified SAP master data and contract setup with all participating legal entities and delivery units.
• Follow and measure the revenue recognition of the global project.
• Analyze the cost of sales in different content and communicate it with the legal entities.
• Create the monthly global project P&L reports for business review, analyze the content and suggest measures for profit improvement in cooperation with legal entities.
• Cooperate with project members and managers in the project team and project organization.
• Provide reports and analyses at request of management, prepare and monitor it for steering committees and base lining meetings.
• Cooperate with Regional Administration Centre and manage the integration of legal entities and change requests
• Participate the risk review of global projects and create mitigation plan in commercial aspects.
• Participate on contract negotiation and renewal. Represent the project profitability and mitigate the financial risks.

 Experience:

• Completed university or college degree
• Several years’ experience in commercial position of global project organization
• Knowledge and experience of business relation, accounting, project costing and performance, investment, financing and distribution
• Good knowledge of Retail and Banking industries, products, processes and customer needs
• Knowledge of SAP (SD, FI, MM) and Oracle Business Suite
• Ready to travel about 1-2 days a month.

 Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
