A critical priority for Ericsson is to ensure that high-quality data is available to run our business, meet our customers' needs and improve our employee experience.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the translation of general legal and regulatory requirements to specific data related requirements and supporting the implementation of frameworks and processes to implement them.
What you will do
Support the implementation of processes and tools aimed to provide seamless access to data, while taking into consideration compliance and ethical restrictions and requirements
Support the translation of security, legal and regulatory requirements into data operating model and share them with the broader Ericsson community
Maintain an overview of relevant data compliance requirements that apply to different types of data, regions or business areas
Drive main data compliance and security initiatives (e.g. Pilot and roll-out of elevated Data Access and Data Transfer processes)
Drive parallel Data compliance and security initiatives (e.g. Creation of a consolidated global repository of requirements and restrictions enforced across the world, Contractual metadata extraction)
Drive digitalization initiatives (e.g. Implementation of digitalized platforms to process access and transfer decision logics)
Train decision-makers on the new Data Access and Transfer frameworks and tool
Support the creation of a Data Lifecycle Management & Retention comprised of actionable inputs on how to manage data in a secure and compliant way
Drive knowledge sharing activities on data compliance & ethics across organization
Drive collaboration between Data Office and other compliance & ethics related initiatives
You will bring
Solid understanding in legal & regulatory frameworks related to data and experience with implementing them
Solid understanding of data security topics
Strong experience in change management
Strong experience in an enterprise or cross-functional role
Good interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
Very solid project management leadership
Ideally, a law background
