We are now looking for a person who will join the tools and attachments division. Your main goal will be grown operating profit, while growing the topline and master the internal efficiencies. You will actively support, guide and be responsible for the Global Customer Relations (GCR) Customers, Global Contractors Contracts and Rock Drilling Tool's (RDT) Agreement's performance. You will also work with competence and practices to be the top benchmark within our industry to ultimately in a sustainable and profitable way mutually add value to our and Customers operations. You will also take an active role in Infill project with high focus on Tools and Attachment division (TLD).
Your mission
As a business development manager, you have an important role a to follow up, support and communicate the GCR contracts and RDT agreements. Prepare required monthly/yearly reports and take corrective actions. You will also support and communicate the RDT agreement approval process. Evaluate current RDT agreement financial and operational performance and support low performing Customer centers creating improvement plans. The role is broad, and you will have a lot of opportunities to work on different projects and develop and support different areas within Epiroc.
Your profile
For this role we are searching for a candidate that have minimum 5 years of experience from international marketing in the mining industry. You have a university degree, preferably in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through work experience.
Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing communication skills is essential. It's meritorious if you have good knowledge of Swedish verbally and in writing communication.
For this role it's a plus if you have a good understanding of RDT Agreement setups and experience from RDT Agreement operations.
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented person with strong customer focus. You have high communication skill and personal drive, works proactively, and have a good analytical skill. On top of this you have a positive attitude, and you firmly believe that there is always a better way!
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro or Fagersta. In this role you will travel between 80-100 days per year.
