In this role as the Global Credit Manager you will be coordinating a small team situated remotely including a few direct reports and also non direct reports with part time credit responsibilities. The role can be described as the hands-on role where collections calls on a global basis are included as well as coordinating and conducting collection meetings with executives and managers in other functions. Furthermore this person will be in charge of setting upp the Credit Policy. The role requires early involvement in the sales process to establish the necessary routines and processes for the Credit Checks.

In order to be considered for the role you will have to have worked in a credit manager position for the last three years and also have worked in a credit position for at least six years. You have a solid collection experience dealing with clients and internally at all levels. Experience in handling legal cases as well as in interpretation of sales agreements is necessary as well as above average excel skills. Strong English and Swedish are essential and Dutch or French are preferable for this role. You are a self-driven and versatile person who is able to work in an environment that is evolving rapidly where excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessities.
